Are you experiencing a major life transition?
Maybe a transition in life which includes grief and loss?
Maybe a change in life direction you never expected?
Sometimes situations and circumstances can feel overwhelming to manage alone. Counseling can often provide a safe place to explore your current set of circumstances and gain a new and hopeful perspective.
Living congruently, so that what is going on internally matches what is going on externally is crucial. I will work with you to explore who you are and what matters to you so that you can embrace moving forward in a new direction.
I work with individuals, couples and families. Some of the areas of interest in my counseling practice include anxiety and depression, relationship issues, eating disorders, grief and loss, divorce recovery and self-harm. I also have extensive experience counseling adolescents and their families.
Counseling often addresses the emotional, psychological, physical, social and relational parts of ourselves. I also recognize that a client may wish to explore themselves from a spiritual perspective and I offer a safe environment from which to do so, should they choose.
