Do you take insurance?

My counseling services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many counseling sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per counseling session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Do you offer any reduced fees?

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, checks and credit cards.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask that you would give me 24 hours notice if you are not able to make the scheduled appointment, otherwise the full cost of the session will apply. I recognize that everyone experiences emergencies and that will be taken into consideration.
